Eric DonosoDirector Tax Controversy

Eric has broad experience in tax controversy and litigation, representing our clients before the Chilean tax authority and the Tax and Customs Courts. He also advises in the detection and handling of tax contingencies.

Before Torretti & Cía., he was part of the tax group of CorreaGubbins; attorney-at-law at the Legal Department of the West-Santiago section of the Chilean Internal Revenue Service; and head of the Tax Procedures of the Temuco section of the same tax authority.

He graduated (J.D.) from Universidad de Las Américas Law School and holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He also holds a diploma in Leadership and Managerial Skills from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and studied an SLE program at University of Southern California.

He has been professor of tax law at Chilean universities and at the Training School (CFIT) of the Chilean Internal Revenue Service; and author of the publication “New rights of the taxpayer and the new deal”, by TaxLatam.

He speaks Spanish and English.
